Official Rules and Regulations

NO PURCHASE, RESERVATION, SURVEY OR OTHER ONLINE ENTRY NECESSARY. PURCHASE OR ENTERING SURVEY OR OTHER INFORMATION
DOES NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS
OF THE 50 UNITED STATES  AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST  AGE 18 OR OVER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: The “Ultimate OFF! Camping Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 am (Eastern Standard Time [“ET”]) on April 27, 2009 and ends at 5:00 pm (ET) on June 29, 2009. (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”) To enter go to http://www.thecampingclub.com/zznews/campgearsweeps/tccsweepstakes_off.html and submit a completed entry during the Sweeptstakes Entry Period.  The entry form must be completed and submitted in accordance with the on-screen directions.  All required information requested in the entry form must be provided or your entry will be disqualified.  You can also submit your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available), on a 3” by 5” card to ReserveAmerica, 40 South Street, Ballston Spa, New York, 12020-9904 USA; Attention: “Ultimate OFF! Camping Sweepstakes”.  There is a limit of one entry per person.  All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, or if mailed in must be postmarked by April 27th, 2009 and received by June 29th, 2009, to be eligible to win a prize.  ReserveAmerica (“Sponsor”) will not acknowledge or verify receipt of entries and is not responsible for its failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its control.
2. ELIGIBILITY:  You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in, the UNITED STATES at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.  Any web site pages, advertisements and promotional spots relating to the Sweepstakes are intended for viewing only within the United States.    The following are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes:  Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor and, S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. (“Promotional Entity”) or their related agencies, any advertising, promotion agencies, sponsors or prize donors involved in the Sweepstakes, and/or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies (collectively, the “Related Parties”).  Limit one entry per person. 
3. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.  Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified.  Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries.  Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.  In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and/or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.  Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site or these Official Rules.    CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
5. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be selected through a random drawing held on or about July 13th, 2009.  Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by June 29th, 2009, if entries are mailed in, then received no later than June 29th, 2009.  All drawings will be held at Sponsor’s offices.  All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
   Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone, and winner’s name will be posted on http://www.thecampingclub.com/zznews/campgearsweeps/tccsweepstakes_off.html. If winner fails to respond within five (5) business days of attempted contact, Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all eligible entries that did not win a prize.  In order to receive the grand prize, winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information, waivers and releases.  Winner will have ten (10) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing Sponsor, Promotional Entity and the Related Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes.  Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. ADVERTISING:  Except where prohibited by law or regulation, the winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for Sponsor, Promotional Entity and/or the Related Companies to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
7. PRIZES:  One (1) Grand Prize:  (1) Coleman Big Sky – Elite Tent – Retail Value $213.49;(4) KLICKITAT™ X O Mummy Sleeping Bag, Approx retail value -$179.99 each; (1) Camping Club Family Membership or Single Membership, approximate value $24.99; (1) RoadTrip® Grill LXE, Approx retail value $199.99; (1) Storm beam Dynamo Lantern with FM radio Retail value $34.99; (1) 100 Quart Wheeled Xtreme Cooler® ,Retail value $109.99  Approximate Retail Value of total prize package is $1,302.99.
8. ODDS OF WINNING:  The number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period determines the odds of winning a prize.  Sponsor reserves the right to change or replace the prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value.  The prize is not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash.  All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.  Winner will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes, including vehicle licensing and registration fees.

OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNER:  For a copy of these Official Rules, please send a self- addressed, stamped envelope to, 40 South Street, Ballston Spa, New York, 12020-9904 USA; Attention: “The Ultimate OFF! Camping Sweepstakes”. For prize winner, you may visit www.thecampingclub.com. Prize winner will be posted approximately 14 days after the winning name is selected.  All requests for prize winner must be received no later than July 5th, 2009.
