Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken tenders
2 c buttermilk
1 c dry potatoes
1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp poultry seasoning (optional)
1/2 t salt
1 tsp pepper
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c butter
1/2 t garlic powder
Directions:
1.) Rinse chicken and pat dry
2.) In a shallow dish pour buttermilk and add chicken to it
3.) Let sit several hours or overnight
4.) Mix potato flakes, flour, seasonings in a plate or bowl.
5.) Dredge chicken in potato/flour mixture. 6.) In a large skillet heat oil and butter until hot.
7.) Fry over medium heat until done.
