Ingredients:
- 24/36 chicken wings (small to medium in size)
- Hot Sauce & Pepper Seasoning
- 1 Cup. Water
- 1 Cup. Vinegar
- Vidalia Onions, sliced
Directions:
Place chicken wings in a bag, and shake with
the Hot sauce and pepper seasoning. Put the wings
in a colander. Fill a pot with the water, vinegar
and onions and bring to a boil. Place colander
over the pot. Cover and steam for 45 minutes.
