Use a lemon zester to grate some of the orange
peel.
Cut a hat off the top of the orange, and remove
the orange
contents from within the peel, without ripping
or poking a hole in the peel.
Mix the orange zest (peel) with the chocolate
cake mix, and fill 1/2 of the orange with the
mix. Cover with the orange peel hat, and cover
with tin foil.
Place on the fire pit grill, and let bake for
approx. 10 minutes (May be less or more depending
on heat conditions).
Open and voila! you have a tasty treat. Put on
some icing if available, but not needed with the
orange flavoring.
