PB & Jack-o'-Lantern
Nancy C. of Bountiful, Utah, and her family found a fun and easy lunch idea for their annual Halloween party--pumpkin-shaped peanut butter and honey sandwiches. Even Nancy's three-year-old, Zachary, helped!
For each, they used two slices of sandwich bread (they even found orange bread in their grocery's bakery), and from one they cut out the pumpkin face using a large jack-o'-lantern cookie cutter (or, Nancy says, you can use a knife). On the other slice they spread the peanut butter and then the honey (or jam). The golden honey casts a shiny glow that gives these lunch treats the look of Halloween.
